can a blurry photo be acceptable or even considered artistic ?or is it just a bad,unsuccessful image ?

well,it depends .if that's what the photographer set out to achieve,then it's fine.but if it was caused by accidental shaky hands and the end result is not so pleasing,then...well,it's probably best to just trash it.

so why and how should blurry shots work?the answer is totally subjective and different photographers will offer different insights.

another example is where the whole photo is blurred, with swirling colours and lines creating an abstract piece of art.or the picture may deliberately shot out of focus to create patterns.it's limitless as to the types of blurry shots you can take.
